Skeena Closes C$57.5 Million Public Offering

) (“Skeena” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced bought deal public offering (the “Offering”). Pursuant to the Offering, Skeena issued a total of 18,548,388 common shares (the “Common Shares”), at a price of C$3.10 per Common Share for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$57.5 million. This total includes 2,419,355 Common Shares issued in connection with the full exercise of the 15% over-allotment option granted to the Underwriters in connection with the Offering.

The Offering was completed through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Raymond James Ltd. and Canaccord Genuity Corp., and including Clarus Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Sprott Capital Partners LP and Desjardins Securities Inc. (collectively the “Underwriters”).

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used by the Company to fund ‎exploration and development activities at the Eskay Creek Project and Snip Gold Project and for general ‎administrative and corporate purposes.‎

The Common Shares were offered by way of a prospectus supplement filed in all provinces of Canada, except Québec. The Common Shares were also offered in the United States on a private placement basis pursuant to applicable exemptions from the registration requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “1933 Act”) and applicable state securities laws, and in other jurisdictions outside of Canada and the United States provided that no prospectus filing or comparable obligation arises.
