Kodiak Copper Corp. (

announced
that it is remobilizing staff to the MPD copper-gold porphyry project in Southern British Columbia to restart its drill program. Drilling at the project was delayed due to the risk of wildfires in the region. Claudia Tornquist, President and CEO of Kodiak, commented:
“Kodiak is now able to resume work at our MPD drill program after only a short interruption which will not have a material impact on the large exploration program we are undertaking at MPD this year. entered
into an agreement with Nevada Select Royalty to purchase a 100 percent interest in the Bald Peak Project in Mineral County, Nevada. Bald Peak is described as being “a large gold and silver epithermal system with several miles of prospective ground,” in the press release. Glen Van Treek, Paramount’s President and COO, said:
“This project has excellent gold values at surface but has never been drilled and is in one of the world’s best mining jurisdictions. Bald Peak fits our strategy of applying our team’s technical expertise to de-risk and advance US precious metals assets through the mine development cycle.”
Altiplano Metals Inc. (

reported
its July 2021 results from the Farellon Copper-Gold mine near La Serena, Chile. Highlights include the extraction of” 4,020 tonnes of mineralized Cu/Au material at an approximate grade of 1.52% copper with shipments for processing totaling 2,831 tonnes.” The company’s CEO Alastair McIntyre said:
