VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / December 15, 2020 / Skeena Resources Limited (TSX:SKE)(OTCQX:SKREF) (“Skeena” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a fully subscribed non-brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”) of approximately 2,428,571 flow-through shares (“FT Shares”) at a price of C$3.50 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$8.5 million.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund exploration activities on the Company’s projects in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. The closing of the Offering is anticipated to occur on or before December 21, 2020 (the “Closing Date”) and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period in Canada expiring four months and one day from the Closing Date.
